• Windows virtual desktops or WVD was the most obvious choice to organizations like this who were used to physical devices but did not have the experience of managing virtual desktops.
• With WVD, only service engineers and store managers would be required at work. All other employees who were a part of the process could connect from home via WVD.
• Monitoring also became much easier through analytics and the customer could run Power BI reports on the data.
